Our website features a live outage map showing current outages with additional outage info such as cause and estimated restoration time. Outages can be reported using the Smarthub link on our home page. App: Outages can be reported from your tablet or other mobile device once you’ve downloaded our app from the App Store or Google Play. Our power outage system recognizes your service location by your telephone number, making reporting easier for you and allowing us to speed up response and restoration time. In order for that to happen, your account information must be current. You can update your information using Smarthub or contact member services at 386-362-2226 M-F 8am-5pm.
